New design of Arohi brings together key points of focus into their space to project a strong image of a growing Singapore based asset management firm.
Keeping client’s workplace culture and project goals in mind, this unique space is designed to maximize the scenic views of Singapore at the Marina Bay area by having room-free windows to allow the natural light to pour in equally at all parts of the space.
Great importance is set aside to tactfully create a warm and welcoming touch down space upon the entry, hence the use of neutral colour palette, earthy wood choices and lush greenery immediately creates a strong sense of naturalism, depth and height thru exposure of concrete ceiling and the placement of signage in the centre of the arrival becomes an artful focus point when combined with the surrounding elements in a soothing harmony with each other.
Designed in a particular sense, where all the spots in space serve as independent work points of choice, the space delivers an atmosphere for the staff to stay flexible and encouraged to focus on their daily tasks in a more interactive fashion. Variety of hot desking and pods, bar height counters along the room-free windows, with the injection of soothing foliage around communal zoning sections tie in perfectly the lush nature of the island with the interior of this refreshing space to attract young talents for increased productivity and energized team culture.
Dining Lounge projects a level of warmness and causality while the theme-based meeting spaces injects in a serious tone into the atmosphere. To further reinforce the versatility for a stronger feel of community, peranakan-themed Pantry with the Large Boardroom has been designed adjacently to enlarge the whole space for larger group gatherings with the provision collapsible glass façade and tiered-seating to increase capacity of auditorium-like events.
With the multi-purpose usage of the environment in mind, this space is meant to create a common ground to bring people together for interaction, productivity and innovation among end-user and business partners.
